We brewed the winner of the Romancing the Beer homebrew competition last month and are excited to release it to you all on Sunday, June 3rd at 11am. This year's winning beer was a traditional German-style Hefeweizen. "The Hefe" is an easy drinking wheat beer with minimal bitterness, bready malt character and soft mouthfeel. Expressive yeast puts out flavors and aromas of clove, apricot and citrus. First pours plus specialty glasses are $7 and you'll get the chance to pick the brain of the homebrewer who masterminded this recipe. We hope to see you all there!
